Product Design

Backend & Infrastructure

Discovery
A short, focused kickoff. We map the product, the people who will use it, the constraints, and the definition of done. You leave with a scoped plan, fixed milestones, and a price.

Design
We design the real screens and flows, in your brand, in both light and dark themes. Every state gets drawn: empty, loading, error, paywall. You review before a line of app code is written.
- 03
Build
The same people who designed it build it. Weekly builds land on TestFlight or a preview URL so you can hold the product, not a slide deck. Backend, mobile, and web move together.
- 04
Ship
We handle App Store and Play Console submission, review compliance, analytics, crash reporting, and launch. Then we stick around for the release after that.
